Vyrnwy Large Diameter Trunk Main

Client: United Utilities

Thermofuse are currently working on a large project to refurbish parts of the existing trunk mains that supplies up to 210 million litres of water a day to 90,000 people in Cheshire and Merseyside.

The new water pipe that Thermofuse are welding is 1,468mm in diameter and will use the method of swage lining to be inserted within the worn existing cast main.

Daw Mill Colliery

Client: UK Coal

Thermofuse pipelines have just recently finished the design and installation of a new pipe range for a newly installed barrel plant at Daw Mill Colliery

Due to the increased amount of coal being produced at the colliery we were given a strict deadline to have the new pipe work installed and commissioned, because of the dedication and commitment of the Thermofuse team the deadline was met and the plant was up and running.

New NES Building, Avonmouth

Client: Dean and Dyball/ New earth solutions

In 2010 work began on a new low-carbon renewable energy recovery plant in Avonmouth. We were asked to fabricate and install various pipe ranges from 32mm-630mm for the process of condensate, water and air.

The work involved the supply, installation and commission of pumps, hydrants, fire protection systems and clean water operations.
